TRiPLe8FuNk Dance Company faced one of its biggest challenges competing at the 2007 World Hip Hop Championships in Los Angeles, USA in July 2007. The contest was tough with 38 dance teams in the adult division from around the globe battling it out for this years title. "The teams we were up against were amazing!" says one of the T8F All Star competitors, "we did not expect we would rank this high up." TRiPLe8FuNk ranked 6th at the preliminary round & finished with an astonishing 5th Place victory at the Finals, which is the best debut performance for any New Zealand dance team in the adult division in history!
